  1. If you pair 2 devices make sure you are up two 10 feet (3 meters) away from the other device or echo may occur.

How To Charge:

  1. Plug the Micro-USB(The small end of the provided cable) into the bottom of theBoom bug1,2
  2. Plug the USB 2.0 (The large end of the proided cable) into a computer, or cell phone charger.2
  3. A Red light around the call/hang up button should light up.
  1. Any micro usb cable will work, so if you have a cellphone charger that has a micro usb that will work to charge theBoom Bug.
  2. When inserting the cable, do not force it in, if it doesn't fit one way take it out and turn it over. When plugging in the Micro-USB (small end) it will stick out a bit don't worry as long as the red light is on it is charging.

How Turn On, Answer Call, and End Call:

To Turn On

  1. press and hold the hang-up/pick up switch until indicator light flashes Blue

To Answer and End call:

  1. To Answer or End a call just press the "Hang up/Answer" button on theBoom Bug.

To Pair:

  1. press both Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) simultaneously on theBoom Bug, until indicator light flashes Blue/Red.

Android

To Begin:
  1. Go to settings by sliding down from the top:

  2. Tap on the cog on the upper left corner:

  3. Tap Bluetooth:

    1. If Bluetooth is turned off turn it on by sliding the slider to the right.

    2. If Bluetooth is on, press scan in the upper right corner. (It may already be scanning in which case it will say stop, if so you may skip this step.):

  4. You should see "theBoom Bug" as an availble device. Press it and it will start to sync with it.

  5. You should see "theBoom Bug" as bold and "Connected for call and media audio"

iOS

  1. In the settings menu find Bluetooth
    iOS Step 1.
    • If your bluetooth is off slide the slider to the right.

    • If your bluetooth is on it should look similar to the image below.
      iOS Step 2b.
  2. tap theBoom Bug under other devices.
    iOS Step 3.
  3. you should have something similar to the image below after.
    iOS Step 4.

Trouble Shooting

Can't Hear other party, People can't hear you, and a light buzzing sound through ear buds.
Check to make sure theBoom Bug is in completly. If it is try rotating it lightly in the jack.
