theBoom Noise Canceling Headset
for Aviation
Why theCobra?
UmeVoice Inc has developed a noise canceling technology that makes its aviation headsets and microphones the best means of communication for pilots and crew.
theCobra aviation microphone accentuates the speaker’s voice by allowing its sound to be entered directly into the front port of a two port microphone, while deflecting the back ground noise from the back port.
Military experts agree that “theBoom is not an option, it is a necessity.” Now being used in dozens of Blackhawk helicopters around the world, theCobra is helping both civilian and military pilots reduce the amount of miscommunications which in the avionic field can prove to be fatal if at the wrong time. By utilizing theCobra in their headsets and crews, it is a matter of simple fact that theCobra not only saves lives, but time and money too.

Corporate Jets
Many of our customers find theBoom to be the ideal headset to use in a corporate jet. It allows them in the quiet confines of a quiet citation or a gulf stream to have private conversations using the satellite phones. Some Corporate Jet leasing companies have purchased theBoom to be part of the available communications package onboard all their jets.
Dramatic Noise Reduction
theCobra drastically reduces background noise on a race track and fosters clear communication between the driver and its crew. The radio headset has an average 10 dB improvement over their current M-87 noise Canceling microphone with a maximum of 30 dB improvement in average speech bandwidth.

Tested and Proven
